When you start an auction in www.BidRx.com, the auction is for the product only. You can add pharmacy services to your auction and only pharmacies that offer the service(s) will be included in the auction.
To add services to an auction:
- From the auction details page that shows the pharmacies and their prices, click on the "Modify Auction" button near the top of the page.
- Click the "Add Services" link.
- Select the service(s) you want by checking the check-box in front of each desired service.
- Click the "Next" button on the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Get Instant Bids" button to re-run the auction with your selected services.
Important notes about adding services:
- Adding a service to an auction will remove any pharmacy that does not offer the service.
- Pharmacies may charge extra for each service.
- Every service selected must be offered by a pharmacy to be included in the auction.
- Be careful of conflicting services such as "Double Drive-Thru Window" and "Single Drive-Thru Window". A pharmacy would have one or the other (or neither), but not both.
- If you want to investigate different mail delivery options, select one option, re-run the auction and note the results. Then "Modify Auction" and select a different mail delivery option. Finally, compare the results with the results from the earlier option.
